Rude, *********** staff and still no delivery

<p>Order of flowers and a balloon came without the balloon. I sent it back and was told it would come the same day for the baby shower we were having at 3.45. After waiting until 3 I called to be told it was still at Netflorist and had been rescheduled for today. Today we sit with 'apology chocolates' the card that was supposed to be with the flowers, no flowers. an email that saying the order didnt come because I 'changed' it. *********** rude staff, rude delivery drivers and an absolute sham of a company. I will NEVER order from here again and will be making sure people I know do not either.</p>
