Rude Driver and Uninterested Customer Service Consultant
Order ********** 48. Your driver was hooting at the incorrect address for 10 minutes - We could hear him from our property, located 100m away from where he was. While we were getting ready to go outside and complaint about this person hooting, we received a call from a very frustrating NetFlorist consultant to say that your driver had been ringing our buzzer to no avail. When we pointed out that there was no one here, the guy then drives to our property and starts hooting again, he didn't bother to ring the buzzer now that he was at the right location. No apology from this driver, who had a rude attitude out of this world. No apology from the consultant at the phone either. I then called your "Customer Service" department and a gentleman called Anthony answered the phone... he must be HIGHLY demotivated to work at NetFlorist because he had no interest in listening to the complaint. I asked him how they deal with this type of situations because I feel very uncomfortable with the way I've been treated, and he just rep**** that the driver will be "dealt with". That's just not what a customer wants to hear. A customer wants to receive an apology and signs that you actually are passionate about your business and bring part of people's special moments like you proudly say on your website. A customer wants to hear that this was the exception to the rule, and that you are committed to delivering great experiences in spite of what happened. You have ruined our employee's experience by having to receive her surprise order from a rude driver who manipulated the flowers like they were a bag of potatoes and had terrible manners and a bad attitude. You charge big prizes for same-day delivery, and we pay for an experience that should be positive. Train your staff to be engaging and professional - You are dealing with people's special events and as such, delivering a great experience should actually mean something to you.
