Rude delivery personnel

I received my package but I didn’t appreciate the service from your delivery lady. She was extremely rude on the phone and when she dropped off the package. She said I quote “was I supposed to get off the car for you to see me” when she had parked in our staff parking with no information given of what car she’s driving or plate number.
