Rude delivery man

I had planned out a wonderful gesture for my wife getting some flowers chocolates and a gift card delivered to her place of work. This wonderful gesture was ruined by the delivery guy rudely addressing her stating that “could she not hurry up he was about to leave, and she should answer her phone” my wife had been in a meeting so what was meant to happen that attitude ruined the entire experience and was a waste of my money now as the novelty was tarnished I will rather use another service going forward.
