My husband order me something from netflorist for my birthday. It got to me after 17:30 I had to wait at work for it to arrive by the time it got to me the balloon was soft and all the writing was peeling off it I couldn't even see what was written on the balloon. My husband then complained they said they will send something else which they did it was a plain ugly black box filled with dark chocolates which I don't eat. Compared to what my husband paid for the gift I suppose to get compared to the dark chocolates i don't eat that i got don't compare. My husband complained again all netflorist did was pick up their dark chocolates and refund my husband that is not enough for ruining my Birthday. Netfloristt is absolute *******.
