Rotten service from Netflorist

I had the worst experience of my life ordering gifts and flowers for my wife's birthday from Netflorist. I placed my order well in advance and I gave the order taker (Nazeem) clear and direct instructions as to when and where the package should be delivered. However none of the above happened and the something special I planned and wanted to do for my wife, Netflorist completely stuffed up and it ruined the whole surprise and also the plans for the rest of the day. I will not advise any one to purchase anything from Netflorist. This whole experience left a very bad taste in my mouth.
