Rotten Flower arrangement

I have lost faith in Netflorist. I am not one to complain all the time however they didn't get it right on my last 2 orders. I was compensated for my previous order with a voucher which I appreciate but yet again on the 21st of Jan 2020, Order num ‬‬*** was requested on a same day delivery special. What sought out to be a romantic gesture for my wife ended up with me being frustrated. Firstly it was delivered very late (after 5.30pm) Secondly the presentation of the flowers were poor, The Roses were dried out and old(not fresh) , the petals and leaves were falling off, This purchase was not fit enough to be sent to anyone as a gift. I immediately sent them an email with the pictures as proof Complaining about the query however to date I have not received a response. I guess it's fair to let Harold know.
