Roses not fresh...

I ordered my wife some flowers that was delivered to her on Tuesday. NetFlorist isn't the cheapest out there, but I have always loved their service and quality of flowers.

This time I was quite disappointed to see that when she sent me a photo that the roses were not fresh.
