Room for improvement with online store

Online store portal need some upgrading. You have to allow a customer a window period to edit a purchase that was processed and also view the full details of the purchase - delivery details etc. There is no option to do this. Your updates on the delivery process deserves praise. I commend you on that. But your online store needs some upgrading.
