Romantic Red Roses sent for a Funeral! Only Netflorist can mess up so Badly
Netflorist continues to disappoint. I used to use them but had numerous issues and deleted them from my list of suppliers Yesterday - tempted by Discovery Miles offer to pay for Netflorist at discounted rates - I used Netflorist again! DISASTER! The occasion is the death of a friend. I order rose bushes in a basket. They deliver a bunch of romantic red roses. No consultation- just change my order. What a bunch of idiots. Not even common sense used.

05 Aug 2021, 13:17After two days of agents wanting to collect the incorrect flowers from a grieving family - perhaps from the cemetery - Elizabeth from Netflorist saw the insensitivity of what was being proposed and is delivering the correct order instead. The absolute lack of sensitivity to the situation by the other staff at Netflorist is astounding. Only Elizabeth has assisted me.
Never again will I give my business to Netflorist.
