******* plus bad service

I ordered with them on Friday and the order never arrived I then cancelled, Monday I call again to follow up on my refund which I was promised to receive on the 3rd day, its Thursday still today no one has called me or emailed me to check my email address. Netflorist has become a ******* now withholding customers money without any service rendered. I am waiting one more day to complain with the consumer ombudsman.
