Rigid service

My wife is a school teacher and I ordered her flowers for her birthday. At 15:30 on the day, the delivery was still not made. I called NetFlorist to make alternative arrangements and they told me that they could not give me the delivery person's number, and that deliveries to 'businesses' continue until 5pm. Point is that she had to wait well after school working hours to receive flowers for her birthday, and near the end of the day. Better to just buy and deliver flowers yourself.
