Ridiculous service !!!

Ordered small flower arrangement at 9h30 for same day delivery.During the day I kept my eye on the tracker and nothing happend.I started a chat on the webpage were i was informed the flowers is on route.I advised the agent that my girlfriend leaves work at 16h00. When i phoned at 16h00 the call centre lady advised me they still have three more deliveries.In the mean while I had to spill the surprise and tell the girlfriend if she can wait a bit.At 16h30 I had to book an Uber at R57 due to her lift had to leave . It is now 18h14 and no flowers after it was arranged they can drop it at her house . I am lost for words .I am angry and disappointed.
