Ridiculous Service

I made an order for same day delivery on Friday 8th November 2019. This was at 11:31 when I got the confirmation for delivery same day. The whole day went past and at 16:06 I got the dispatch email.

How do you guys dispatch at 16:06 on a Friday knowing you are delivering to a business? With the traffic in JHB and knowing it'a a Friday, you then come back and make excuses about "The recipient had already left the premises when we delivered" ......OBVIOUSLY! Stop Making Excuses for Shoddy work! Utterly Disappointing!
