Review for NetFlorist – Extremely Disappointed

I am deeply disappointed with the service I received from NetFlorist. I placed an order for birthday flowers well in advance, and I made sure to clearly state the delivery time and location, even going so far as to include special instructions and follow up with a phone call. Despite all this, the flowers were delivered a whole day late — after the recipient’s birthday had already passed.

To make matters worse, the flowers that eventually arrived were in terrible condition — wilted, droopy, and far from fresh. Quite frankly, I’ve seen better-looking arrangements at a funeral. For the amount I paid, I expected not just timely service, but also quality. What I received was neither.

This was meant to be a thoughtful birthday gesture, and NetFlorist turned it into a disappointing experience. I truly expected better. I will think twice before ever using this service again, and I certainly won't be recommending it to anyone else.
