Restoring trust in NetFlorist's service

I would like to compliment Lehlonolo on restoring my trust and willingness to use NetFlorist again after the Valentine's Day fiasco. She was pleasant, apologised for the mistakes of others and on behalf of NetFlorist. She arranged a voucher and actually called back when she said she would, even sooner than she said. <br> <br> NetFlorist in general also apologised for the mishap and arranged a refund. Therefore I used them again and was pleasantly surprised and will recommend them to be used. I will just not use them again over a holiday period but other than that, brilliant service. Thank you :)
