Replacement order - Cupcakes and Macaroons

My husband arranged with Netflorist to deliver Cupcakes and macaroons to my office on the 11th of December. Once I opened the boxed it was not properly handled and smashed into one corner.<br> <br> I contacted Netflorist to return and they collected it on the 11th after 12:00 PM.<br> <br> We made alternative arrangements to redeliver on the 23rd of December. No delivery was done. Again I contacted them on the 4th of January and the lady informed me that they will redeliver on the 7th of January!<br> Again no delivery was made! <br> Today, 8 January, I am following up again just to be informed that they will deliver tomorrow - 9 January!! We are not available tomorrow. Now the new delivery date is 12 January. <br> We are frequent clients of Netflorist, but after this predicament, we will reconsider before making use of Netflorist again.<br>
