Repeated bad service

Delivery came 3 days late. Asked after 3 days for my money back. They convinced me rather to take chocolates and still do delivery. Then they delivered to the incorrect address and didn't deliver chocolates. Summary - had flowers delivered to myself three days late of the occasion and without the full order. Why would you need an online delivery if you go get flowers yourself and take them home yourself?
