Repeat Poor Customer Service

I ordered flowers for my partner's birthday yesterday at 7:41 which were supposed to be delivered on the same day. The delivery was only dispatched at 14:41 and needless to say never reached its destination. My partner never got her flowers on her birthday. When I called this morning (Tuesday 08 ) I was advised that they do not guarantee same day delivery even around Johannesburg, this despite them punting the catch phrase same day delivery. I had hoped I would be 3rd time lucky as this was the third time Netflorist failed to deliver my order on the stipulated day.
