Removal of alcoholic item an issue

<p>I was using the online chat facility to enquire about the Barista Bro Bucket. I have a friend's birthday on Monday and selected that gift, however it includes a miniature bottle of Bells whiskey (50ml). The only option presented is to swap the item for a non-alcoholic mini bottle of JC Le Roux sparkling wine. Surely for that is completely offensive for a non-alcoholic (or perhaps a person who has given up alcohol). Not even asking for the price to be amended, I simply asked for the item to be removed - that is apparently not an option at all. Either I take the product with the non-alcoholic mini bottle of JC Le Roux sparkling wine or select a similar product (of which there is no similar product). The online agent also did not even try to facilitate the request - simply advised sorry - then I cannot help.</p>
