REFUSE TO UNSUBSCRIBE ME

I have unsubscribed from the Netflorist mailing list 23 times, sent 19 e-mails, complained on Facebook and Twitter and they are just completely ignoring me as I am STILL receiving mails. I cannot handle it any longer !!!
