Refund request

I would like to make everyone aware of how greedy Netflorist has become.I bought two items from them that were supposed to be delivered to the same address but i was charged two delivery fees.One of the items could not be delivered and i was told it will be cancelled till today i'm still waiting for my refund . This happened beginning of April, As we speak i don't know how many emails i have sent with no response . I am really fed up with this company , tried to other something while waiting for my refund , and one of their consultants confirmed that i will be charged twice for delivery if i buy two items. What i want from them is my money thats all.
