Refund process pathetic.

I have been waiting on my refund for 2 weeks after they said it would take 72 hours for the money to reflect in my account. Everytime I call they are releasing the payment. This is ridiculous. I canceled an order and placed a new one. They haven't refunded me for the previous order. Let's see if they even deliver my order today which I ordered on 20th April.. along with the quality of the items.
