Refund Not Paid for a Year-BAD Customer Service

My wife purchased a Birthday deal for me for the 14 May 2020, the order was never delivered and they wanted to deliver the order a week later. She refused and asked for a refund each and every month thereafter and it has never happened. This company makes promises and does not keep to them. We are still battling to get the refund and have had no feedback or response from them. Pathetic customer service. I wonder how many people they do this to. Do not recommend them to anyone.
