REFUND MY MONEY

I ordered something from NetFlorist on Thursday last week, which explicitly stated that it must be delivered on Friday. Friday came and by the afternoon the delivery had not been made. There is no contact number that actually works to get through to someone to ask about the status of my order. Furthermore, when I typed my order number into their tracking system they said it was invalid. I emailed them as this was my only means of contact. Fastforward to today, a week later, STILL nothing has arrived, still no repsonse to my countless emails, and it is OBVIOUSLY far too late. Have I heard anything from them? No. Have I received a refund? No. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.
