Refund for Order number ***

I do not have words to Express,how dissatisfied I am with Netflorist handling my query. I have requested a refund days back and I was promised that the matter will be resolved within 72 working hours,but even today am still waiting for my refund. My question is will I ever receive my refund? If yes then when will that happen? Or maybe will I get help only if I escalate the matter even further? I have used Netflorist for years but what am getting now,wow Lord have mercy. I believe a person can only be patient to a certain extent,but now am losing I patience. It seems like nobody cares at Netflorist,you call,you email but still no help. You only get will get back to you but no help. I have been waiting for my refund for days,even the time period they mentioned elapsed but still no refund.
