refund

<p>hi,</p> <p> </p> <p>i put a same day delivery order in, in Dec - out of the 4 only one was delivered - i then called and asked that the the other 3 get refunded - i then confirmed what we discused telephoinically over a mail - i was told the refund would take 3-7 days - the monday the order went out - i called to say that it was supposed to be cancelled - at this point one recepient got the flowers- i was then told they would go and fetch the flowers - which i thought was a joke as it will hurt your business - any way you guys went to fetch it - i was refunded 269 - my total bill was 800 odd - i was old they would refund more - that was on the 28th of Dec - i have followed up over email and i am just being ignored - i have called and again i am ignored - please reund my money</p> <p> </p> <p>order: ********** 22</p>
