Refund

I purchased flowers on 18 April 2018, 2 transactions were debited from my account due to a discount that was not app**** to the first amount. I was advised that the transaction was reversed and my money would reflect after 5-7 working days. 7 days have passed and I have no received my refund. The person who assisted me with the order went by the name of Lynette. I called again and the lady said she'll call me back... she never did.
