Refund

I've always watched your delivery Van's in envy from outside our office window and figured it would be nice to give someone special to me a gift from you. The sentiment that comes with getting a delivery from you is certainly every girl's dream. I order a personalized gown from you and was later told it is out of stock, mind you payment had already been made. A day later I called and requested refund,the lady that was assisting claimed to have made the request only 6 days later was it done with a promise that it will reflect in 3 working days. To date I'm still waiting it's been 3 weeks already I'm being taken from pillar to post. They now claiming they've processed it I sent my bank statement as proof to show I have not received anything from them. Everytime I call I get cut off. I'm highly disappointed at how I've been treated
