Rectifying an Error with another Error

Netflorist promised a box of chocolates in rectifying an bad service received from their delivery guy a few days ago. Agreement was that the delivery will the be delivered on the newly revised date with a complementary box of chocolates. Order was received on time this time but without the box of chocolates as agreed. Being informed that they made a mistake by not including the chocolates with the order and will be sending the chocolates.
