Received R300-00 worth of gift but paid R1000-00 when ordered onine.

We ordered a flower arrangement to the value of R1000-00 for our boss' 60th birthday. Firstly we had to phone to find out when the delivery would be done as it had to be in working hours, to which Netflorist rep**** that they had time to deliver until 20H00 in the evening. Thereafter the flowers was delivered by a woman in her personal vehicle in a temperature of 38 degrees celcius outside, resulting to the flowers being wilted and broken. The flowers we received in the vase was not nearly what we ordered according to their picture and advert. What we received was not even worth R300-00 let alone R1000-00. When we queried the order their staff rep**** with arrogance and no help at all. Needless to say we will NEVER use Netflorist again and we will also advise everyone we know to not make use of a company who is clearly not proud of customer services or their quality and are only out to **** people out of a lot of money through pictures on their website. Netflorist should be very ashamed of the way they treat their customers and the sub standard orders they deliver to their clients. I took pictures of what I ordered and what was delivered and wish I could upload them to this site to proof to everyone what we received for R1000-00. Absolutely shocking.
