Received less roses than ordered

I live in Australia and the easiest and most convenient way to get flowers delivered to friends and family in South Africa is with Netflorist. Ordered a bunch of roses for my mum for Mothersday and paid what I thought was rather expensive for 24 roses. She sent me a photo when she received the flowers and it immediately looked like a smaller bunch than expected for the price I've paid. I made her count the roses and there were only 20. Will think twice before I use Netflorist again. Disappointed!
