Received goods that I did not order. Now I have to solve my own dissatisfaction with Netflorist.

I ordered a plant on the Netflorist site. I received something different than what I ordered.. I sent an email to inform Netflorist of the wrong item received. I had to send photos of what I received, surely Netflorist knows what was sent out. Making it my problem and they cannot open my attached photos.

Surely not happy with the order. If I order a bread, I surely would not be happy with a slice of cake.

Not a happy customer. Will not be ordered from Netflorist again. BAD CUSTOMER service........
