Receive less than you order & pay for....

I ordered flowers and a balloon on 4 March '15. The flowers were delivered the next day, but not the balloon. No word from Netflorist about this. No confirmatory email sent to me re: the purchase. Nor does Netflorists \Sign up and get R100 off"function work on their internet site.<br> <br> Netflorist"
