Reassured

I am really impressed with the service. I have never had any issues with deliveries before, however I did something wrong when logging the address, they called to confirm the address details, in addition to keeping me informed that they had then delivered the gift to the right person. Never had a bad experience, but this time the experience was even better with the reassurance that was given.
