Really so unprofessional

Placed my order on the 5th of Feb for delivery 11th of Feb. on the 11th of Feb 9am I receive a mail stating my order is on the way. 12pm I phone and Net florist advise the order is on the way. 3pm I phone again and the one lady advise the florist does not have stock of my flowers. Today is my partners birthday and tomorrow is too late. how unprofessional is net florist. I am still waiting at 3:20 for someone to phone me back to advise what the next step is. I promise you today I will never order from Net florist ever again. I WILL NOT SUPPORT THEM AT ALL. <br>
