Really Disappointing Valentines

I ordered a group of items under one of the Netflorist Valentines packages. A teddy, chocolates, balloon, card and personalized message. The parcel was delivered in a brown box, the teddy was squashed and distorted and no card, no message, no balloon!!! I’ve supported Netflorist for all family birthdays and what my wife was given was shocking! Such a terrible delivery, not special, no care, no thought, no card, no message no balloon.... This has really messed up a day that I wanted to be special. The call center person said the card and balloon will eventually be delivered?!?! Takes the special out of Valentine’s Day. So sad.
