Really???

Really can belive this, ordered roses, choclates and a baloon on monday for delivery on wednesday( 2 days to get it sorted) to treat my woman on our 1 year, so i phoned wednesday at 16:25 to ask where the delivery is cause i heard nothing from my woman yet, so she tells me that there was some error and they could not deliver as i requested, really? Not even a call to inform me about the propblem nothing? So after a call or 3 to speak to a manager regarding this the delivery is made for friday now, with apparently some extra chocolates and another bunch of flowers for next week, now im waiting to see if the delivery is gona happen tomorrow and then see if she will get her promised flowers next week, main reason, if there is a propblem with a delivery contact the buyer to explain so that he can understand, communication is every thing these days, with out that u cant run a company
