Ready to close my account

Hi I am actually very upset with your guys service. I have ordered gifts more times than I can count from you and every time, literally every time you guys delivered it around 7pm. The was an occasion and i had hoped that the person would get the gift same but not late in the day. the last time i received my gift at 8:30pm at home as the guy could make it to the office. Now if it happens once I can understand, but every time out of a possible 5 gifts. How bad is the service you guys are offering? I'm actually at a loss of words and have now placed an order for someone's birthday and hoping that they get it before 12pm otherwise I'm cancelling my account
