Rather order some where else!

I would rate it no starts if that was an option.

So firstly I had a problem with the voucher I used, I had to call in for Netflorist to activate the voucher. Finally, I placed an order today online. The money gets debited. I don’t receive an email confirming my order. I send Netflorists proof of payment from Mobicred as per your agent, use my airtime to makes calls to your offices and still no one can assist yet my delivery was for today.

I’m really disappointed with the service I received from Netflorists. Your agents are not trained to assist, they made promises to revert with what happened.

No assist with the money debited and no alternatives provided.

Finally spoke to Phulane Masiu, who says Neflorists has a lot of missing orders and cannot locate orders that were done yesterday.

This is the most pathetic service ever. Netflorists is a well known company and for this company to be so unprofessional.

If I don’t receive feedback or the matter is not resolved be sure that I will not be using your company again! Utterly disappointed
