Rather deliver yourself you will be faster by foot

On Tuesday morning at 7am I made a order to be delivered same day, by 16:00 no deliver was made and the recipient had left work. After a 10 minute call duration and without a doubt the most irritating recording being played while on hold I eventually got through to a very sleepy man who seemed to not be able to contain his yawning, I expressed my concern about the delivery time being much later than usual and gave down another address where the recipient could be reached.<br> <br> To my dismay, the recipient was contacted to reschedule the delivery. Fantastic! There goes the element of surprise!! I then proceeded to send a strong worded email to which I have still not received a response and it is now 48 hours later, they claim to respond after 9 hours but I couldn't stand listening to that recording again.<br> <br> Fast forward, Thursday by lunch still no delivery. I would think seeing as 2 days have passed that this order would take priority but obviously they could not be bothered. After waiting for 8 minutes I got through to Weyland who said he would call me in 10 minutes. 1 hour later I called again, on hold for 6 minutes and allegedly Weyland isn't working today. Still, no conclusion
