Radio silence

I have used them so many times and it's sad that I'm writing this review, but I bought something on the website and was told it was unavailable in my area. There was nothing on the website on the phone that says it wasn't in my area. So I changed my order to something else and that was apparently also not available in my area. I asked that instead of a voucher, I would like a refund as December was an expensive month and I could have used that money for something else. I sent an email following up and still no reply. After the first mishap and I asked for it to be added to my wallet where I ordered the second thing, there were no issues; but as soon as I asked for a refund it's been radio silence.
