R650 (excl. del) for a bunch of red roses and most disappointed with Netflorist!

Ordered 2 dozen red roses to be delivered to Umkomaas for my sister in law's 50th birthday. It was delivered to Sunpark on time, but l was disappointed 😞. I paid nearly R650 for them excl. delivery. 20 red roses and 4 pink.ones were delivered, they were not presented in craft paper, tied with grass twine, and was not presented tastefully. It looked nothing like the picture! For nearly R740 incl.delivery l should have rather waited and gotten her a nice gift. Nerflorist should make a point of screening or auditing the outlets they supply from!
