R100 voucher totally misleading - carefully check the fine print

<p>With a "sympathy" occasion imminent, I received a voucher from NetFlorist boldly offering R100 off and a "Shop Now" button. I waited a few days as the email was a bit early and then placed the order on Monday night 4 July, for delivery on Wednesday. The voucher code did not work and I had numerous other problems trying to place the order, but I persevered and completed the transaction, only to get another error screen. I emailed a screen dump for every error and by 10h30 today had not received a response. I then checked the offer again and in fine print three lines down noticed "This voucher expires midnight tonight." I would have acted earlier if I had seen that, this is blatantly misleading me to think I had an open voucher to use and that influenced the value of the purchase selected. I seldom read the entire email on my home email, just the pertinent points. Lesson learnt, you just can't trust Netflorist any more...</p> <p> </p>
