QUICK TO DEDUCT MONEY BUT FOREVER TO REFUND

I ordered a gift (Order number:***). Firstly the delivery could not be effected on the required date and now that I have requested a refund 0n Thursday already, I have to wait for days on end. Apparently a refund takes 2 weeks, but me effecting payment did not take two weeks at all.
