Quality of Flowers

On Tuesday 29 August i received floers from my husband, this is something he does on very rare ocassions. I was happy with the flowers until i heared howmuch he paid for them. For R550 something rand i receievd a very small vase with roses. When he saw them he was surprised and told me that maybe they had swapped them because there is no way he would have paid so much for such a small vase. when i went to the website to compare my flowers to what they ghad delivered to me, i noticed that there were bigger vases with nicer flowers for a lesser price than what i had received. I want to know why is there a difference from when someone walks in and picks the flowers to when someone calls in to place an order. Surely the quality should be the same.
