Quality does not make up for a drivers bad attitude

The Product from Netflorist is of outstanding quality which make it so sad to write the review.

The driver on my delivery insisted that the gift is fetched from him in the vehicle. He was very rude and that is not acceptable.

Why make use of a delivery service then?

The attitude of the driver will make me think twice in using the service again
