Promises, we forget about our promises

I placed an order to suprize my gf for eid. The order was delivered unwrapped and the chocolates were short. I sent numerous emails to complain and eventually got a call from a consultant 2 weeks later making me many promises. It's almost a month and no chocolates have been delivered and all my complaints seem to be in the clouds.
