PROMISES NEVER DELIVERED

Made an order on 25 January 2024, for delivery 13th Feb 2024. Full order was not delivered. Upon speaking to numerous consultants about this, each promises to have the remaining product delivered but still not received anything. Second order placed with Netflorist that was not fulfilled. Netflorist, you say 100% "we aim to please - our commitment to you is to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with our products and service." clearly there is no satisfaction from you. remove your false advertising of the circus your are running.
