Professional Not!

I placed an order for summer feels spray arrangement, on the 30th to have it delivered to my mom on the 31st, on the 31st I received a call from netflorist saying they won't be able to make delivery on the 31st but they will make delivery on the 1st, I didn't have a problem with that. When delivery was made on the 1st which was yesterday I was shocked, I think my mom's garden has the best flowers compared to what we received if that's not all I got nothing close to what I ordered the flowers had to come in a ceramic bowl but it came in a plastic pot one which I can purchase at PEP home for R10, the flower arrangement looked terrible I'm sure I could have gotten better by our garden. When I contacted them they say they will give me a voucher, it's pointless my mom was very disappointed so you ruined a whole 70th birthday experience for her so I demanded a full refund and you can pick up your flowers, or you deliver what I ordered. I don't want a voucher. This was unprofessional the is a reason why we did not order from local florist and we used you.
